How much does it cost to have an event photographer?
Nothing. We will bring our portable studio and printing mini-lab to your event for free.
What events does Zimbo Photography cover?
We cover black tie, corporate functions, graduations/university balls, school proms, charity fundraising events, Christmas parties... infact, any occasion or event that has more than 50 guests.
At your event, our photographers set up a portable photographic studio, which consists of a backdrop, lights and professional mini-lab. Guests are photographed and invited to view the images on a computer screen. Should they be interested in purchasing a photograph, they are welcome to do so. There is NO obligation for the guests to buy a photo, this is entirely their decision. Should they wish to buy, the prices are as follows:
6" by 9" photo in a mount £10
3 x (6" by 9") photos in mounts £25
6" by 9" photo in a mount £10
3 x (6" by 9") photos in mounts £25
How much space will the portable photo studio require?
The portable studio will cause minimal disruption to the event and requires a space of around 20' by 20'.
Can photos be viewed or purchased after the event?
All photos are displayed on the website 24 hours after the event. Guests can view or purchase photos online here at their leisure.
Do you offer complimentary prints?
Yes, event organisers are offered 3 complimentary photographs worth £25.
Can I see a sample photograph?
Yes, examples of our photographs can be viewed on our site.
