Years of experience has allowed us to refine our reportage style. We are photographing to produce the highest quality wedding album possible to record your happy wedding day for ever. As a result, we do not do stale posed photographs, we favor a more relaxed reportage style, this way we capture people at their most natural. We have found that most people find it difficult to relax and be natural in front to a camera. With this in mind, we have gone to great lengths to ensure that the bride and groom are as relaxed as possible with the photographer. We have found attending an engagement photo-shoot is the best way to do this.
Engagement photo-shoot
When you book a wedding with Zimbo photography, you will receive a complementary engagement photo-shoot. This is a great informal opportunity for the bride and groom to learn how to relax in front of the camera. It is also a great opporutinity for the bride and groom to build up a relationship with the photographer. As corny as this sounds, it is important, as the wedding photographer will make up a huge part of your day, and will normally be very close to the bridal party all day. I have photographed weddings having done an engagement shoot and I have also photographed wedding without doing the engagement shoot. The photos have always come out better on the former.
